Clifton H. Brodnax

Clifton Henry Brodnax, 67, died Aug. 12, 2011. Mr. Brodnax was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church. He was retired from International Paper Company after 30 years of service. He will be remembered by his many friends for his service to his community. He was especially involved in Habit for Humanity and was chairman of the Fairview High School Alumni Association for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Brodnax, and his parents, Robert Brodnax and Eloise Jones. He is survived by a son, Chuck Brodnax of Crowley, Texas; two grandsons, Hank Brodnax of Crowley, Texas and Ben Brodnax of Crowley, Texas; a brother, James Brodnax and his wife, Jo, of Phoenix, Ariz.; a nephew, Bobby Brodnax of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a niece, Cathey Jones of Fontana, Calif. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug 15.
