Mr. Jessie Lee Carter III, 18 of White Hall, died, Aug. 8, 2011. Services will be Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011 at Mt. Carmel MBC by Reverend Anthony Craig at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Section of Graceland by Pine Bluff Mortuary Co., 1001 East 6th Street, Pine Bluff.
