Phillip Warren Moore

Phillip Warren Moore, age 70, of Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 16, 2011. He was born February 18, 1941 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Junius P. Moore and Margie Lee Hammock Moore. Mr. Moore was a member of the Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters Margaret Adcock, Martha Whittington; and two brothers J. Paul Moore and Larry Moore. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Young Moore, of Little Rock; one son, Michael Moore (Marla) of Sheridan; two daughters, Dana Green (Tierce) of The Woodlands, Texas; Tracy Moore of McDonough, Georgia; seven grandchildren, Whitney Moore, Landon Moore, Sarah Moore, Tayler Griffin, Haley Eastin, Jordan Eastin, Anna Green; two great-grandchildren, Lexie and Destiny; five sisters, Cle Irby of Little Rock; Tommie Ferguson of St. Petersburg, Florida; Doris Holden (Heman) of Toledo, Ohio; Betty Busbea of Overland Park, Kansas and Linda Winters of Jessieville, Arkansas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
