Clarence Presley

Clarence Presley, 96, of Pangburn, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2011. He was born in Clay, Arkansas Thursday, December 24, 1914 to the late Luther G. and Magdeline Yingling Presley. In addition to his parents, Mr. Presley was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Helen Doris Baker Presley; and a brother, Leister Presley. Mr. Presley was retired from the International Shoe Company, an avid gardener and a member of the Mt. Home Union Church. Survivors include three sons, Donald Presley (Jamie) of Conway, Charles Presley (Sherry) of Heber Springs, Kent Presley (Sheilah) of Pangburn; one daughter, Alice Langley (Lee) of Pangburn; eight grandchildren, Scott Presley of Austin, Arkansas, Steve Presley of Conway, Jennifer Griffin of Batesville, Jason Presley of Heber Springs, Erin Pinkston of Richardson, Texas, Maggie Presley of Pangburn, Matt Langley of Pangburn, Ben Langley of Pangburn, 10 great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Glen Presley of Indo, California; many other family members and a host of friends. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2011 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Henderson Cemetery in Pangburn.
