Norma Gillenwater Moseley, 74, passed away August 17, 2011. She was born September 3, 1936 in Alma, Ark. to Ollin T. and Opal Hanna Gillenwater. She was a graduate of Alma High School and The University of Arkansas. Norma was a school teacher in the Fort Smith Public School System where she taught many years at Bonneville Elementary School. She was a longtime member of Grand Avenue Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband; Jim, one sister; Bobbye Manes of Alma, Ark., one niece; Julie Manes of Alma, Ark., four nephews; Mark and Phillip Manes of Alma, Ark., Kime Eubanks of Benton, Ark., and Lewis King of Conway, Ark.. She is also survived by her sister-in-law; Jerri Bob King and her husband Elvis, of Little Rock, Ark., as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews. Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Mike Franklin and Reverend Herschel McClurkin officiating. Private burial will be at Oak Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends following the memorial service.
