Deborah Ann Sebion, 53, North Little Rock, passed away August 23. Survivors include her parents Juanita and Thomas Sebion; a brother, Christopher Sebion; brother-in-law, Steve Niles; niece, Jade Sebion; and nephew Joe Niles. Visitation will be 1 p.m., Sunday, August 28; service at 3 p.m. at Arkansas Funeral Care, Jacksonville.
