Otha Lee "Jabo" Dunlap, 88 of DeValls Bluff, formerly of Biscoe died Tuesday, November 29 at his home. Four sons, three daughters, his companion, 25 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren other relatives and friends survive him. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 3 at 11 a.m. at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Biscoe.
