Howard Kyle, 90, of Dover, Ark., died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, in Russellville, Ark. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011, at 2 p.m., at the Dover United Methodist Church in Dover, Ark. Pastor Roy Beth Kelley will officiate.
