Magdalen Harrison Whisenhunt

Magdalen Harrison Whisenhunt, 90, of West Memphis died Saturday December 3, 2011 at Select Specialty Hospital in Little Rock. Mrs. Whisenhunt was a member of the West Memphis First Baptist Church since 1959, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Crittenden Memorial Hospital, The West Memphis Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her husband James Chester Whisenhunt. She is survived by a daughter, Debra Burnett of Jacksonville, Ark.; a son, James A. Whisenhunt of Pensacola, Fla.; Brother Noyce Harrison of Ft. Smith, Ark.; five grandchildren, John Michael Whisenhunt, Betty Ann Squyres, Jonathon Miller Whisenhunt, Matthew Cole Burnett and Jerry Sanford Burttram; three great-grandchildren, Sarah Rose Squyres, Jack Whisenhunt, Ben Whisenhunt. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 7, 2011, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis with services on Thursday, December 8, 2011, 11 a.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with burial following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
