Cleotta Mullen

Cleotta Inez Booth Mullen, 89, of Hardy, Arkansas died on Wednesday,Cleotta earned a BS in Teaching at ASU, a BS in Elementry Education at UALR and her Masters in Library Science. She established and founded the Arkansas Library for the Blind and Handicaped. She was a member of the Catholic faith. Survived by her daughters, Betty Gail Davis of Ward, Ark. and Vonette Templeton of Jonesboro, Ark., brother, Van Douglas Booth of Melburn, Fla., sister, Linda Furguson of Hardy, Ark.; grandchildren, Dr. Vonda Houchin, Dr. Ellen Lawrence, And Bill Von Templeton, a great-grandson, Eli Lawrence. A Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Heath Funeral Home with the Father Linus officiating. Interment will be in Walker Cemetery, Hardy, Ark. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, at Heath Funeral Home, Highland, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the Animal Shelter or American Alzhimers.
