Ruthie Mae Ellis

Ruthie Mae Ellis, age 87, of Conway, passed away Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011. She was born Nov. 16, 1924, in Pike County, Arkansas. Mrs. Ellis was a homemaker and a charter member of Southside Church of Christ in Cabot. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Minnie Troute; husband, James Troy Ellis; and a son, Tommy Ellis. She is survived by her three daughters, Bonnie Green and husband Don, of Cabot, Ark., Kay Fureigh and husband Pete, of London, Ark., and Jeanie Valentine and husband Jim, of Tulsa, Okla.; brother, Grady Troute and wife Sharon, of Franklin, Ohio; five grandchildren and two great-grandsons. Graveside services were 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 10, at Sharon Cemetery.
