Bobby Robinson, 70, passed away, Friday, December 9, 2011. He was a graduate of ASU, a member of the Cotton Plant United Methodist Church, and the Air National Guard. A lifelong resident of Cotton Plant, Bobby was always active in serving his community and worked in agricultural and real estate business. He served on the Woodruff County Quorum Court, the Cotton Plant School Board and City Council. He was a 32 Degree Mason with membership in the Richmond Lodge #94 where he served as Secretary. He was a board member at First National Bank and North Central Arkansas Workforce Investment Board. He was a director of Farm Bureau, a lifetime member of Ducks Unlimited and the Rocky Mountain Elks Federation. Bobby is survived by his wife Carman Ann Davis Robinson; one brother, Jimmy Robinson and wife Butch of Ward; niece, Missy (Peter) Baker; nephew, Eric Robinson and beloved pets; J.R. & Snuggles. Visitation will be 1 p.m. before memorial services at 2 p.m., Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church in Cotton Plant with Rev. Dixon Platt officiating.
