Sharon Marie Howell

Sharon Marie Howell, age 57, of Sherwood passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Baptist Springhill Medical Center. She was born on December 6, 1954 in Melton Suffolk, England to John and Jean Gannaway. On April 8, 1978, she married William Howell in Jacksonville. She worked several years as a bookkeeper for Dow Building Services. Sharon was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Suzanne Wisdom. She is survived by her husband, William Howell of Sherwood; five children, Mary Walden of Charlotte, N.C., Amy Ricks of Ft. Smith, Julie Howell of Bondurant, Iowa, Michelle Howell of Charlotte. N.C. and Michael Howell of Sherwood. She is also survived by a brother, Edward Gannaway of Colorado Springs, Colorado; five grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces.
