Mary Clarice Hooks

MARY CLARICE HOYT HOOKS, 77, of Sherwood, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011. She is survived by her husband, James Arthur Hooks Sr.; two daughters, Elizabeth Clarice (Betty) Anderson and her husband, James Anderson, of Sherwood, Louise Annette (LuAnne) Allen and her husband, Steve Allen, of Beebe, and son, James Arthur Hooks Jr. (Bud), of Sherwood. She was the loving grandmother of three grandchildren: Russ Allen and his wife, Emily Allen, Austin Allen, and Clayton Cunningham. Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, at 7724 Landers Road in North Little Rock. Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at 10 a.m., at First Assembly of God Church, at 4501 Burrow Drive in North Little Rock with Pastor Rod Loy officiating.
