Largene Daniels

LARGENE DANIELS, 86, of North Little Rock, passed away Dec. 16, 2011. Largene was the oldest of five children. She was born to Bobby Doss and Esther Harbison of Stephens, Ark. on March 30, 1926. Largene was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 62 years, Willis J. Daniels. Largene was a member of Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church and an enthusiastic gardener. Largene was known to be a good neighbor and friend to all who knew her. Largene graduated from Baptist Nursing School after serving in the Cadet Corp prior to her retirement, she worked many years as a registered nurse at the Missouri Pacific Hospital. Mrs. Daniels is survived by her two daughters, Margaret Ann Richter of Sherwood, and Debra Lynn Gauntt of Lake Dallas, Texas. Other surviving family members include three grandsons, Lance Toler of Bryant, Danny Toler of Sherwood, and Barry Gauntt of Richardson, Texas, and great-grandchildren, Madalyn and Hayden Toler of Bryant. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
