Mr. Jack Joseph Smith, age 61, Octavia, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Church of the Nazarene. Interment follows in Octavia Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-wood Funeral Home.
