Linda Darlene Woods

Linda Darlene Woods, age 65, of Bauxite passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011. She was born August 7, 1946 in Bonham, Texas to Sam E. Cockrill and Violet Lorene Cockrill. Mrs. Woods was a physician's assistant and a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Benton. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Woods of the home; one son, Robert "Lance" Woods and wife, Kerri of Bauxite; her mother, Violet Lorene Cockrill of Hobbs, New Mexico; one sister, Deborah Light and husband, Rick of Las Vegas, Nevada; one brother, Sterling Cockrill of Hobbs; two grandchildren, Dakota Ryan and Travis Leighton Woods, both of Bauxite, and other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (501-315-4047) in Benton. Interment will be private.
