"Keye" Richard Harkey Ratley

"Keye" Richard Harkey Ratley II, 35, of Dallas, Texas, died Saturday, December 24, 2011. He was born September 2, 1976, in Little Rock, to Richard Harkey Ratley and Rosie Loveday Ratley. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Selma and L.A. Ratley, and his maternal grandmother, Shirley May Loveday. Keye was a graduate of Little Rock Catholic High School and the Art Institute of Dallas. Keye is survived by his parents, his sister, Lauren, and brother, Tyler, his girlfriend, Kelly Welch, of Mesquite, Texas, and a host of extended family and friends. A visitation will be held Monday January 2, 2012 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Tuesday January 3, 2012 at 10 a.m. in First United Methodist Church of Little Rock followed by burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
