STEVE ALLEN HOLLOWAY, 71, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010. He was born on Oct. 29, 1939, in Curtis, Ark., a son of the late Cecil and Helen Calloway Holloway. He attended Henderson State University for two years, and was a veteran of the Army National Guard during the Central High crisis. He was employed by Little Rock Road Machinery for many years, and retired from H & E Equipment Company where he was a heavy equipment sales representative. He was a member of Highland Valley United Methodist Church where he was a member of the Ben Miller Sunday School Class, Past Potentate of the Scimitar Shrine Temple, and a 32nd Degree Mason. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra Burke Holloway; son, Steven Scott Holloway and his wife, Karen, of Jonesboro; two grandchildren, Steven Holloway and Kristen Holloway of Jonesboro; one brother, Johnny Mack Holloway and his wife Doris, of Arkadelphia; four sisters, Pat Craig and Charladean Franklin, and her husband, Larry, of Little Rock, Sue Edmonds, and her husband, Robert, of Maumelle, and Phyllis Hancock of Rogers; and several nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501)224-8300. A celebration of life service will be held 12, noon, Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at Highland Valley United Methodist Church, with Reverend Daniel Kirkpatrick officiating. Memorials in memory of Steve A.
