Melba Ann Cochran

Melba Ann Honea Cochran, 75, of Cabot, passed away Dec. 31, 2010. She was born Feb. 2, 1935 in Prescott, Ark. to the late Melvern Bryan and Ruby Mae Honea. She is preceded in death by parents and husband, Wayne Cochran. Survivors include two sons, Steve Cochran of Little Rock and David Cochran of Cabot; one daughter Cindy Cochran of Atlanta, Ga.; one brother, Tom Honea of Ferndale, Wash.; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2 at Thomas Funeral Service in Cabot. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot, officiated by Bruce Tucker, minister of Southside Church of Christ. Family requests memorials be made to Southside Church of Christ or the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
