Minnie Ruth Brumley Morgan, age 88, of Warren, AR. died Sunday January 2, at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, AR. Born August 30, 1922 at Banks, AR. a daughter of the late Lee Brumley and Mary Etta Nichols Brumley she was a retired cafeteria worker at Bradley County Medical Center, a member First Assembly of God Church and the widow of George Doris Morgan who died December 17, 1988. They were united in marriage November 11, 1939. Also, preceding her in death was a son, George Lee Morgan, a son-in-law, Ralph Robbins, brothers, Howard Brumley, Tom Brumley, Joe Brumley, Jessie Brumley, Jake Brumley, Clifton Brumley, Larkin Brumley; sisters, Idella Smith, Clarice Strange, Flora White; a grandchild, Stephen McClellan, a great-grandchild, Maclaine Loomis. Mrs. Morgan was a wonderful mom, grandma and friend. She loved fishing and fellowshipping with her friends. She loved her children and grandchildren. She loved her Lord and tried to be a mentor and teacher for her children and grandchildren. She loved gardening and teaching the little ones about tea cakes, chicken dumplings and fried pies. Survivors are one son, Rev. Terry Morgan and spouse Melea, McGehee, Ark., three daughters, Mary Fierce and spouse John, Warren, Ark., Linda Loomis and spouse Horace, Camden, Ark., Wanda McClellan and spouse Bo, New Edinburg, Ark. a daughter-in-law, Sharon Bartlett Morgan, Warren, Ark, 12 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, First Assembly of God Church. Burial in McFarland Cemetery at Banks, Ark. by Frazer's Funeral Home.
