Ben "Lil Ben" Simpson

Ben "Lil Ben" F. Simpson, of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Altheimer, died on Tuesday, Dec. 28, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Feb. 26, 1935 in Ferda, Ark. to the late Ben and Sophia Simpson. Survivors Debra (Ray Webster), Little Rock, Carolyn Simpson of Los Angeles, Calif.; stepson, Kenneth Gridley, Altheimer, Ark.; stepdaughter, LaToya White, Memphis, Tenn.; four brothers; five sisters; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. Services will be held in Los Angeles by Harrison Ross Mortuary.
