Elizabeth Darline Allen

Elizabeth Darline Allen, age 83, of Conway, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. She was born March 24, 1927 in Jonesburg, Missouri to the late Bennie Hensiek and Molly Elizabeth Witt Hensiek. She was retired from Presbyterian Village and a member of Brookwood Immanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Wesley Allen; three sons, Carl Allen of St. Louis, Missouri; Ron Allen of DeWitt, Arkansas and David Allen of Channahon, Illinois. She is survived by sons, Ben (Jan) Allen of New Freedom, Pennsylvania; Roger Allen of Mount Dora, Florida; Stan (Nicky) Allen of Bigelow, Arkansas; brothers, Virgil (Val) Hensiek of Illinois; Ben (Audie) Hensiek, George Hensiek and Bobby Hensiek of Missouri; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter and two daughters-in-law, Carolyn Allen of St. Louis, Missouri and Sharon Allen of Channahon, Illinois. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, January 7, 2011 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Ark. 72209 (501) 455-5800 with Pastor Clarence Allison officiating. Pallbearers will be Ben Allen, Roger Allen, Stan Allen, Brian Allen, James Allen and Jason Allen. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
