Fines McCoy

Fines McCoy, 77, of Clinton, Ark., formerly of Scotland, Ark., passed away Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011 at Ozark Health Nursing Center Clinton, Ark. He was born Nov. 14, 1933 at Cleveland, Ark., to the late John A. and Pearl Mae (Summers) McCoy. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Melvina McCoy, four brothers, five half-brothers, three half-sisters, a grandson, Bruce Polk, and two great-grandchildren. He is survived by his three daughters, Carolyn (Lester) Rowland of Scotland, Ark.; Barbara (Cletus) Jones of Stuttgart, Ark.; and Martha Polk of Montana; three sons, Richard McCoy of Bisco, Ark.; Billy McCoy of Center Ridge, Ark.; and Martin McCoy of Almira, Ark.; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Pallbearers: Shawn Rowland, Casey Jones, Cody Jones, Dennis Russell Jr., Derek Russell, Blake Burgess, and Staci Kennair. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2011 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Ark. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011 at Scotland Baptist Church, 278 Postal Lane, Scotland, Ark., with Pastor Charles Deckelman officiating.
