Larry Charles Johnson Jr., 71, of Little Rock went home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2011. Larry was preceded in death by his parents Larry Charles Johnson Sr, and Essie Surratt Johnson; 3 brothers, Leon, Richard, and Lonnie Johnson; and his son, Larry Johnson. He's survived by his loving and devoted wife Mayrean Stuart Johnson; son, Nicholas Lamon Johnson of Shreveport, Louisiana; daughter, Shuvonne Kaye Johnson of Little Rock; and granddaughter Layona Nichole Johnson of Little Rock; two sisters, WillieMae Ross of Little Rock, and Doris Jean Charles of Dallas, Texas; and brother, James Johnson of Little Rock; sisters-in-law, Lillian Stuart (George) Baker of Tacoma, Washington, Linder Stuart (Henry) Conley, of Little Rock (caregivers during Larry's illness) Grace Johnson of Pine Bluff; brother-in-law, Rev. Joe (Mary) Stuart of North Little Rock, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and brothers in love, Bobby Maryman, Allen Jenkins, and Chester Epting.
