Jackson Michael Stapleton, infant, of Benton, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011. He was preceded in death by his two great-grandpa's, Jack E. Rundel and Gay Dean Briggs; great-aunt, Deborah Rundel and a great-uncle, Ray Allen Briggs. Jackson was survived by his parents, Dean and Michelle Stapleton of Benton; brother, Justin Stapleton of Shawnee, Kansas; grandparents, Ed and Becky Rundel of Benton, Raymond Stapleton and Mary Hawley of Warsaw, Missouri and Patricia Briggs and Steve Widger of Salem; great-grandparents, Kelly and Jo Greer of Benton, Della Stapleton of Marmaduke, B. Jean Briggs of Memphis, Tennessee and Lucille Rundel of Benton; uncle, Shawn Stapleton of Salem; aunt, Alesha Rundel of Benton; great-uncles and aunts, Jack G. Rundel of Benton, Kellie and David Smith of New Hope and Marilyn and Steve McDaniel of Benton and cousins, Danielle Smith of New Hope, Erica McDaniel of Benton; Dereck and Sarah Dinkins and family of Washington and special extended family, Doedoe and Pa Cooper of Benton and Missy, Tim and Cassie Skinner of Benton.
