Billy Thigpen, 66, Little Rock, completed his earthly journey January 14, 2011. Preceded in death by sister, Flora McCoy. Survived by wife, Dolores Thigpen, four children, 13 grandchildren, sister, Jeannie Mae Dorty, (Osceola, Ark.), special sons; Bronson Taylor, Devante Jones, Latrell, Leroy Lanigan and a host of other relatives and friends.
