Margaret Helen Ballard Lowery Stuckey Reed, age 77, of Sheridan, Arkansas, died Tuesday, January 18, 2011, at Select Speciality Hospital in Little Rock. Mrs. Reed was born August 23, 1933, in Scott, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Clarence "Buck" Ballard and Rena Fay Coker Ballard. Mrs. Reed was reared and educated in Scott and Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1951. She had been a resident since 1941. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church and AARP and worked at Mid America Packaging twenty six years, retiring in 1996, as Quality Control Inspector. She was preceded in death in1992, by her first husband, James E. Stuckey, whom she married October 12, 1981, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mrs. Reed is survived by her husband, Oris Reed, whom she married March 10, 2000; daughter, Mari Stephenson (Steve) of Hot Springs; son, Bobby Lowery (Kim) of White Hall; brother, Harold Ballard of Talent, Oregon, step-son, Carroll Reed of Sheridan and step-daughter, Deborah Grubb of Ohio; three grandchildren, Carrie De' Andrea of Hot Springs, Brooke Lowery Schneider (Doug) of Little Rock, Whitney Lowery (Tiffany) of White Hall; six great-grandchildren, Tyler Simon, Sara Eddy, Jacob Schneider, Blayklee Schneider. Chandler Lowery and Hayden Watson; adopted daughter, Ginger Moore of Pine Bluff. Funeral services will be Friday, January 21, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the First Southern Baptist Church by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors with Reverend Josh Thompson and Reverend Carroll Reed officiating.
