On January 17, 2011, our dear Matriarch of the family, Mildred Crenshaw-Williams of North Little Rock, Arkansas peacefully passed away. She was born in Nady, Arkansas to White and Theresa Campbell. Mildred spent her whole life helping others. She worked at the Arkansas State Hospital for 25 years. She was a long time member of Baring Cross Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Williams; her son, Charles Crenshaw; two brothers, Donald and Lon Campbell and three sisters, Bea Campbell, Dorothy Watson, and Joyce Chandler. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Robbins-Gillert (Ron) of North Little Rock; three granddaughters, Cathy Hayes (Roby) and Deborah Valone of Little Rock, Angela May (Jack) of Oregon; two grandsons, Kyle Robbins of North Little Rock, and Chris Robbins (Courtney) of Gravel Ridge; seven great-grandchildren, Quinn Berliner (Todd), Brad Eberle (Chasity) and Brent Eberle, Gage, Ryder, Cassidy and London Robbins and two great-great-grandchildren, Tyler Burnett and Dustin Berliner; one brother, Jim Campbell (Mary) of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Hope Martin of Pangburn, Darlene Brown of Little Rock and Shirley Smith of Conway. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Ark. 72209 (501) 455-5800 with burial to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank Dr. Karen Burks and Dr. Diane Wilder for their care to our loved one during her last years.
