Dicey Davis, 71, of Oil Trough departed this life Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was preceded in death by her husband; Vernard F. Davis, Sr., son; Vernard F. Davis, Jr., step-son; Craig Davis, mother; Alberta Marie Berry, brother; Doug Berry, two grandchildren; Steven Foster and Corky Blankenship. She is survived by sons; Wayne Wright of Eugene, Oregon, Bill Wright of Texas, Kenny Hazelip, of Newport, Doug Hazelip (Patti) of Campbell Station, daughters; Regina Coomes of Evansville, Indiana, Lynn Douglas (Dwight) of Tuckerman, Renee Dickey of Tuckerman, Martha Smith (Fred) of Oil Trough, Shanny Rehm (Ben) of Rose Bud, stepdaughters; Ann Foster of Newport, Sandra Corbit (Junior) of Bradford, sisters; Doris Haar of New Baden, Illinois, Betty Berry of Evansville, Indiana, Lori Gilslinger of Evansville, Indiana, 30 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
