Marlene Joan Worner, 72, of Bryant passed away Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011. Ms. Worner was born Oct. 13, 1938 in Royalton, Wis., a daughter of the late Urban Fermanich and Harriet Joubert Fermanich. She lived in the Little Rock and Bryant areas most of her life and was employed for over 20 years with Power Technology, Inc. She enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Worner is survived by a son, Michael K. Worner (Susan) of Bryant and two daughters, Teresa J. Dewberry (Alan) of Spring Hill, Tenn., and Kristine S. Scott (Terry) of Lonoke; a grandson, Michael L. Worner of Benton and a granddaughter, Jennifer Robin Greene of Spring Hill, Tenn. Also surviving are three brothers; two sisters; and a host of nephews, nieces, and many friends. The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff at Southern Trace Health Care Center and Arkansas Hospice for their loving care over the past two years. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home. (501)455-5800.
