He leaves to cherish his memory children, Marc Williams of San Rafael, Calif., Max Williams of North Little Rock, Anthony Del Rosario of San Francisco, Calif., and Lesha Williams of San Francisco, Calif.; mother, Annie Bell (Marshall) Payton of North Little Rock; siblings, Michael (Tonya) Williams of Sherwood, John (Wanda) Williams of Little Rock, Antonio and Arthur Williams of St. Louis, Mo., Kenneth (Laconda) Hart, Stacey (Russell) Rosby, Kim Johnson, Tina (Norman) Evans, Keisha (Arthur) Mays of North Little Rock, Antonette (Randy) Garth of Mayflower, Deborah Haynes of Conway and four grandchildren.
