Jacquelyn Ann "Jackie" Skyrme, 56, of England, Arkansas went to be one of God's special angels Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011. She was born in Franklin, Texas on December 6th, 1954 to R.H. "Boss" Smith and Loretta Akins Smith. Jackie worked for 25 years for the England School District most recently as the HIPPY instructor. Jackie was very active in her church serving as the church Sunday school secretary. She loved decorating her house, gardening, traveling with her husband and family and her dog, Lexie. She never met a stranger and put others concerns before her own. Her kids were the center of her life. Jackie was always a positive influence on anybody she met. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother: Creig Smith. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy E. Skyrme of England; her mother; three daughters: Amy Roper and her husband Britt of England, Sherri Brazeal and her husband Vernon of Tomberlin, Devin Ashcraft of England; a step son, Ernie Skyrme and his wife Samantha of Little Rock; and a step-daughter: Natalie Ladd of Springdale; five grandchildren: Tyke, Drake and Timber Roper all of England; Brayden and Mason Brazeal of Tomberlin and a step-granddaughter: Allysa Ladd of Springdale, Arkansas; one brother: Gary Smith, his wife Teresa, and children of Missouri. She is also survived by her cousins and extended family and many special nieces. Services for Jackie will be Sunday, March 6th, 2011 at 3 p.m. at Roller England Funeral Home Chapel (501) 842-3939. Bro. Mike Brogan and Rev. Dean Caldwell will be officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 4th, 2011 from 6-8:00 P. M. Burial will be in Mulberry Cemetery in England.
