Lowell Phillips, 96, of Clarksville died Saturday, March 5, 2011, in Clarksville. A native of Johnson County, she was a daughter of the late John & Zora Jeanette (Steele) Martin of Hartman. Lowell was married to the late Ira Albert Phillips of Clarksville. She is survived by one son, Dayne Phillips & wife Kanna Lou of Clarksville and one daughter, Jeanette Phillips Frazier & husband Bob of Ponca City, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Bryan Frazier & wife Terry, Brad Frazier & wife Dee Dee, Gina (Frazier) Garza & husband Freddy, Kim (Frazier) Hall & husband Brad all of Ponca City, Bobby Dayne Phillips & wife Stephanie & Bruce Phillips & wife Cindy of Clarksville; 16 great-grandchildren, Gerrilynn Eddinger, Kara Sneed, Matthew Garza, Eric Garza, Andrew Garza, Derek Frazier, Brittany Frazier, Justin Hall, Lindsey Hall, Dustin Frazier, Devin Phillips, Heather Phillips, Logan Phillips, Lindy Phillips, Lacey Phillips, Lakyn Phillips; seven great-great-grandchildren, Donna Marie Frazier, Ryan Frazier, Cain Frazier, Carson Garza, Leyti Garza, Addison Phillips and Avery Phillips. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lera Martin and Letha Martin Cline and one brother, Julius Martin and one great-great-grandson, Maddix Cruz Redman. Lowell was a member of the Clarksville First Baptist Church and the Antioch Home Demonstration Club, and was retired from the Clarksville Shoe Plant. Funeral services will be held at the Clarksville First Baptist Church, Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 2 p.m. conducted by Darrel Bridges pastor of Clarksville First Baptist Church and Billy R. Usery retired pastor of Clarksville First Baptist Church. Serving as pallbearers will be, Danny Leeds, Marty Howard, Gary Thompson, Lonnie Qualls, Dane Woodard, Kent Lewis, Charles Mason and Donald Meek.
