Patsy Marlene Long

Patsy Marlene Long, 76, of Fred, Texas went to be the Lord Saturday March 5, 2011. She was at home surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Violet Lyon and brother, Murrell Henry Lyon. Survivors include her loving husband, John of 48 years, son, John Mark Long and family, daughters, Tammy Smith and Susie Moore and husband "Doonie"; grandchildren include Josh Dominy and wife Mary, Stacey Smith, Troy, Luke, Koti, and Curtis Moore all of Fred; sister, Susie Dorsey and husband Dudley of Fred, brother, Jack Lyon and Dolly of West Virginia and a host of family and friends. Memorial service will be held at North Hardin Baptist Church on Wednesday at 4 p.m. Please join us in a celebration of Pat's life. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations that will be going towards the continuation of Pat's passion of education and helping others in the community.
