Alice Jewell Brun

Alice Jewell Brun, 85, of Little Rock died Tuesday, March 8, 2011. She was a Baptist and a waitress at Browning Mexican Restaurant for greater than 20 years. Alice was a loving mother and grandmother and a friend to many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy L. Brun and a daughter, Jackie Crockett Brun. She is survived by sons, Billy L. Brun II and Bruce Elliot Crockett; a daughter, Connie Diane Cole; daughters-in-law, Deborah A. Brun and Linda Crockett; grandsons, Trey Brun, Scott Crockett, Joe Mathis and Johnny Mathis; granddaughters, Erinn Brun, Sonya Welch Tonya Frame and Cheria Wilson; brother and sisters-in-law, Bobby Meeker, Betty Meeker and Margaret Bryant. The family will receive friends at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (501) 224-8300 from 7 until 9 p.m., Thursday, March 10, 2011. A gathering for family and friends will be held at the funeral home from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m., Friday, March 11.
