Amber Collins

Amber Nicole (Mazurek) Collins, 22, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Jeremie Collins; step-son, Hayden Collins; parents, Patricia and Doug Gentry, Bernie and Vanessa Mazurek; grandparents, Cecilia and Jim Lampkin, Winnie and Wilfred Mazurek, Delphard Cochran and Maxine Gentry; five brothers, Gavino Mazurek, Jacob Gentry, Daniel Gentry, Sammy Grissom and Kyle Grissom; sister, Amber Weatherly, all of Little Rock; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members. She was preceded in death by a special uncle, Joshua Cochran. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday at Crystal Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cameron Cemetery.
