Cynthia "Cindy" Wilcher

Cynthia "Cindy" Wilcher, 53, Ogden, born June 28, 1957, died March 8, 2011. Survived by her husband, David; two daughters; three siblings, and three grandsons. Memorial service 10 a.m., Saturday, March 12, Oak Grove Cemetery, Sweet Home Road. Family will be at the home of Carla Womack after the service.
