Jewell Dean Self, 70, Clarksville, died Tuesday. Survived by wife of 48 years, Betty; daughter, Deana Selby and husband, Jeff, Clarksville, Ark.; son, Richard Self and wife, Melinda, Clarksville, Ark.; sisters, Myrtle Rofkahr and Janice Wevers, Oklahoma; four grandchildren; mother-in-law, Goldie Wookman, Clarksville. Visitation will be Sunday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel. Funeral service 10 a.m., Monday, Hardwicke Funeral Chapel.
