Naomi Ruth Rogers, 83, of North Little Rock went to be with her Lord on March 9, 2011 with her family by her side. Naomi was born on October 27, 1927 to the late, Alexander and Mable Caster. Naomi retired from the VA Hospital after 20 years of service; she was the owner and operator of Rogers Mobile Home Park on Barth road for over 30 years and was currently the Assistant Manager at AAA Mini Storage. Naomi was known to everyone by Grammy, she loved to babysit her grandchildren and other children that she considers to be her own. Naomi was a member at Barnett Baptist Church. Her most treasured times were time spent with her family. Mrs. Rogers is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Rogers; one grandson, Timothy Mitchell Lauer; one great grandson, Matthew Aaron Earhart; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Earhart; one brother, Gervas and his wife, Betty; one sister, Anabell; one niece, Kathy and one nephew, Harry Lee. Naomi is survived by her loving daughter, Anita White (Mark); two sisters, Daphine Nell Haney and Louella Baker; four grandsons, Terry Earhart (Waynette), Thomas Earhart, Joe Earhart (Becky) and Martel Kelly; three granddaughters, Sheri Burton (Brandy), Brittany Kelly and Tiffani Kelly; seven great-grandchildren, Adam, Michelle, Scotty, Holly, Lisha, Margie and Andrew; one great-great-granddaughter, Tatum; nine nieces, Kelli, Marie, Sheila, Meshell, Teddy, Roberta, Lulu, Helga and Jan; lifelong friend, Steve Yarberry and many other family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly. A celebration of Mrs. Rogers's life will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant.
