W.P. "Pete" Rowe, Jr., 87, of Conway died Thursday. Survivors: son, William "Bill" Rowe, III; daughter, Rosemary Hoover; brothers, Harry and Frank Rowe; sisters, Bonnie Hartnett and Sandra Rowe; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
