Tommie G. Black

TOMMIE G. BLACK, age 57, died March 11, 2011. He was a member of an Arkansas Ham Radio Operators Club who specialized in teaching and preparation for disaster relief. Survivors include his father, Leon Black of Oklahoma; sons, Ken Black of San Antonio, Texas, and Chris Black of Fort Worth, Texas; stepsons Curt England of Ward and Craig England of California; one brother, Roger Black of Kansas, and four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol, and his mother Annie Mae Hughes Black. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 14 at Highway Baptist Church, 5845 Round Top Rd, North Little Rock. A visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. before the service.
