Betty Sue Glass, 80, of Little Rock, died March 13, 2011. Born in Little Rock April 26, 1930, she was the daughter of Thomas Atlee and Bertha Mae Douglass Glass. A member of Western Hills United Methodist Church, she retired as a draftsman with AT&T and Southwestern Bell after over 30 years of service. She loved her family and traveling and had visited every state in the continental United States. An avid animal lover, she volunteered at the Humane Society. She was a good neighbor, loved books, and volunteered at the Greek Food Festival for many years. Preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Thompson and her husband, Ronald, of Little Rock, nieces and nephews, Anne, Michael and Parker Mancino, Susan Thompson, Don Watt, Sarah Heringer, Hunter Beard, Atlee Erickson, Paula Wood, Alexis and Damon Miller, Samantha Ready, Allyssa Miller, Ronald Thompson, Jr. and Brian Fender, Bill Donkers, and several close cousins. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday at Pinecrest Memorial Park with Rev. Sylvia Nosic, officiating.
