Burgess Fay Eubanks

Burgess "Bert" Eubanks, 87, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011. He was born on July 3, 1923 at Jerusalem, Arkansas, a son of Ira V. and Samantha Underhill Eubanks. Bert was a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. He served as an elder for several years at the South Highland Church of Christ.. He was a dental technologist and a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Doyle Eubanks and his sister, Louise Norwood. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Dorothy Eubanks; a son, Curtis Eubanks and wife Cindy of Little Rock; a daughter, Lee Ann Herbert and husband Mike of Maumelle; grandchildren, Haylee Herbert Marrs of Searcy, Samantha Eubanks and Sarah Eubanks both of Little Rock. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ followed by a Celebration of Life Service with Mr. Nick Hamilton officiating.
