Buford Wayne Hill

Buford Wayne Hill of Lonoke, age 64, went to be with the Lord on March 15, 2011. He was born February 18, 1947 in Lonoke County to Lorraine and the late Buford Hill. He was a Gunnery Sergeant serving two terms in the Vietnam War and was Past Master of Rose City Masonic Lodge, # 760. Wayne was a loving son, brother and friend. He is survived by his mother Lorraine Hill, brother, Tommy (Jeannie) Hill, sisters, Debra (Nick) Cox, Mary (late Bert) Taylor, and Janet (Mike) Walters, one niece and three nephews, also surviving; a long time friend Paula Waggoner and her daughters April and Erica. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. Graveside Services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, March 18 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock.
