Roberta Louise Nutter

Roberta Louise Nutter, age 81, of Crossett, Ark. passed away on March 18, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born on Jan. 8, 1930 in Bedford, Ky. to her parents, Carl and Hazel Lorraine Andrews Barnett. Mrs. Nutter had been a clerk for Hudgens Drug Store and was a Presbyterian. She enjoyed working in her yard and bowling in the past. Mrs. Nutter was a member of the Ladies Golf Association. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hugh Nutter and a grandson, Thomas Adam McCay. Survivors include: two sons, James "Jimmy" Nutter of Crossett, Ark., Thomas Dewitt McCay of El Dorado, Ark.; one daughter, Nancy McCay Sanders of Crossett, Ark.; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church of Crossett with Dr. Russell Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Park under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, Ark. (www.jonesservice.com)
