Todd William Tiefel, 44 of Conway, Ark. passed away on Friday, March 18, as a result of a motorcycle accident. Todd was born on April 8, 1966, in Kirkwood, Mo. to Thomas William and Joan Tiefel. He graduated from Northeast High School and from the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, Ark. with a BBA in Accounting. Todd, a CPA, worked in the accounting field for the remainder of his life, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer of IMC and KD Sales in Sherrill, Ark. Todd was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Cleo and Albert Tiefel, of Brazil, Ind. and his maternal grandparents, Mardelle and Paul Todd, of Knightstown, Ind. Survivors include his parents, Thomas and Joanie Tiefel of North Little Rock; his wife of 20 years, Lisa Bruns Tiefel; daughters Abigail (Abby), Allison (Ally), and son, John Tiefel all of Conway; sisters, Jane Tiefel and Mary Beth (Trent) Cox both of North Little Rock; nieces, Charity and Chloe Cox of North Little Rock; mother-in-law, Beverly Bruns; father-in-law, Dale Bruns; and brother-in-law, Todd Bruns all of Conway; aunts and uncles, Mary Lewis of Greencastle, Ind.; Jerry and Karen Tiefel and June Lawson all of Brazil, Ind. as well as many cousins. He is also survived by his best friend and business partner, Kevin Derden of Little Rock, Ark. Todd lived life to its fullest — he loved his family, never met a stranger, and traveled the world. He always had the best jokes to tell, was the life of the party, and wanted everyone to have as much fun as he was having! He loved family gatherings, playing games, hunting and fishing, and spending time with those he loved. His passion was reading the Financial Times on a daily basis and keeping up with the world of finance. He enjoyed spending time at the lake with family and friends, grilling meat and preparing his homemade salsa. He enjoyed shopping for new food items and looked forward to sharing his latest find. Todd collected pinball machines and Russian art. Todd always had a good story to tell and had a library full of music. He had a special love for his cats: Missy, Maggie, and Bella. Having been an exceptional football player in junior high and high school, Todd loved to attend Dallas Cowboy and Razorback football games. Visitation will be from 6–8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, 801 8th Avenue, Conway, 501-327-7727. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at Central Baptist Church, 3333 Dave Ward Drive, Conway, 501-329-9283. Interment will be at Rest Hills Memorial Garden, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, 501-835-3515. Pallbearers will be Dale Bruns, Kevin Derden, Sonny Derden, Bob Henry, Mark Majewski, Scott Morrisey, Todd Bruns, Tom Butler, Rick Downing, Tom Ludford, and Aaron Meins. Honorary pallbearers will be Trent Cox, Brent Cox, Brian Davis, Don Henderson, Hank Henderson, David Hill, Tomas Iruegas, Mark Melton, Adam Melton, Victor Melberdis, Lance Robuck, Rocky Robuck, and his brothers of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity.
