Cleffie Felts, age 97, of Oswego, Ill., formerly of Hardy, Ark., died March 18, 2011. Funeral services will be March 23, 2011 at Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Ark. at 10 a.m. Visitation will be March 22, 2011 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Tri-County Funeral Home.
