Frances Delorese "Del" Southern

Frances Delorese "Del" Southern, age 79, of Jacksonville, Arkansas was called home to be with her heavenly Father Tuesday, March 22, 2011 in Jacksonville. She was born March 27, 1931 in Red Wine, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of Victory Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Alvie Leon Southern, and a sister, Bobbie Shelton. She is survived by three daughters, Sandra (Taylor) Pinkerton, Patricia (David) Stacks, and Letha (Alan) Swicegood; brothers, Donny Cossey, and Wallace Cossey, 10 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, March 25, 2011 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ben Leonard Officiating. Entombment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
