Peggy Neuse, 74, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday. Survivors: son, Tom Wilson; daughter, Deborah Carroway; sisters, Jean Simpson and Ellen Dillion; brother; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
